Our family of 4 stay at Hotel Lorenzetti for a week of skiing in mid February 2025. We have no complaints at all, the entire experience was wonderful. The owner was such a lovely lady and clearly loves kids. The rooms are greT, the food is special and the spa was a dream. Even the minibus driver was a charming character. We left at 6am for the airport and the team had breakfast ready for the road, and fresh coffee.. and a parting gift. We simply loved out time there.

dopo che si conosce la signora Silvana Lorenzetti , non potrete non lasciarci il cuore !! una padrona di casa con la P maiuscola e con una empatia contagiosa a tal punto da farti emozionare . Ecco la mia personale recensione va a lei che mi ha emozionato dal primo istante quando incontrandola sulle scale casualmente, il suo sguardo e le sue parole mi hanno immediatamente conquistato . la presentazione ufficiale a tavola a cena ha compiuto l incantesimo : è stata semplicemente meravigliosa, la sera seguente ancora di più , il commiato finale a dir poco da pelle d’ oca . Ho viaggiato per lavoro e vacanza cambiando hotel x più di 20anni e vi assicuro che non mi è mai capitato di conoscere un’ anima così dolce, ospitale e gentile . invidio la sua famiglia ad averla così per tante ore al giorno vicino perché io nn mi stancherei mai !! tornerò al 100% perché ci ha completamente conquistato . hotel prezioso, ordinato , pulito , ottima cucina , camerieri super professionali. servizio navette eccellente. e’ una struttura che trasuda amore della padrona di casa in tutto per tutto . Really had no idea what to expect when I selected this hotel, I just need a hotel that offered half board, parking, close to the ski lifts, Wi-Fi and spa. Hotel Lorenzetti exceeded our expectations, from the check-in to checking out we had a great experience, topped off with a sendoff bag of homemade breads and a bottle of wine for the trip home. The food was great, a full breakfast buffet and an excellent variety of choices each evening to pick from. The staff throughout the hotel was helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Each evening the owner of the hotel would come to each individual's table and thank them for their business and asked if we needed anything. She is a very charming lady, and she truly shows her appreciation. The spa is nice size on two levels, so it never seemed crowded even after skiing. The shuttle service was a bonus, I never had to drive anywhere they were available whenever we needed them and responded quickly for pickups in town. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the ski area.

Siamo appena rientrati da una meravigliosa vacanza all'hotel Lorenzetti. È il quarto anno consecutivo che trascorriamo la nostra settimana bianca in questa struttura che non ci delude mai. Complimenti alla proprietaria la sigra Silvana che gestisce l'hotel alla perfezione sempre attenta alle richieste ed alle esigenze dei suoi clienti. Complimenti anche al cuoco ed al pasticciere per tutte le delizie che hanno preparato. Un grazie anche ai ragazzi della reception per la cortesia e gentilezza. Il nostro giudizio sull'hotel e sui servizi è senz'altro eccellente

Hotel eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Gentilezza di tutto il personale con una nota di merito alla signora Silvana che eccelle per attenzioni e cortesie agli ospiti. Camere pulite, confortevoli, asciugamani in abbondanza, visionate dal personale almeno due volte al giorno perché non manchi mai nulla. Colazione e cena impeccabili e abbondanti. A cena si sceglie al momento e le proposte sono tante e varie. La spa è pulita, grande e si trovano fasce di orario non affollato. Per raggiungere gli impianti da sci o il centro del paese c'è la navetta gratuita che funziona e ti permette di dimenticarti della tua auto. Per noi è stata una vacanza perfetta e ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Consiglio ad occhi chiusi.

Ottima struttura, a circa 1,5 km dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio ma con pulmino disponibile on demand h24. Camere dotate di tutti i comfort,ottima colazione e ristorante e bellissima spa molto grande su due piani con piscina e varie tipologie di sauna e bagnoturco. Personale gentile ed efficiente. La proprietaria accoglie personalmente tutti gli ospiti con una gentilezza ed una premura veramente rare ormai. Consigliatissimo!
